CPCS signs developer services agreement with InfraCo Africa worth US$15m

On November 2, 2017, in London, CPCS signed a developer services agreement with InfraCo Africa, worth up to US$15m. CPCS, along with its partners ERM and Scatec Solar, was one of the two winning bidders of a procurement process undertaken by InfraCo Africa in line with EU procurement directives. Over the next five years, CPCS and its infrastructure development subsidiary CDIL will undertake pre-financial close infrastructure project developments in sub-Saharan Africa on behalf of InfraCo Africa, part of the multi-lateral Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG).
