CPCS’s Francophone Africa Division Welcomes Its New Vice President, Jocelyn Leclerc

Jocelyn Leclerc possesses 25 years of experience in corporate strategy and transformation. He is recognized as a leading advisor to management teams in the context of strategic reorientation and transformation - situations where alignment of the management team and strategic change management are critical to success. His career has focused on highly innovative sectors such as Energy, Transport, ICT and Aeronautics.

Jocelyn has held many key roles in his career including: Senior Director Development, Innovations, Communications - Développement International Desjardins; Partner - KPMG - SECOR (formerly Secor Conseil); Principal Director - Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Jocelyn was also mandated by the Minister of Transport of Quebec as a member of the Transition Committee of Bill 76, where he was responsible for leading the design and implementation of two boards of directors and two new organizations resulting from the merger of 15 transportation organizations in the Montreal metropolitan area.

As Vice President, Francophone Africa (FAF), Jocelyn will explore new opportunities and expand on existing ones. He will work collaboratively with our global teams to spark vision, excitement and unity. Strategically guiding FAF, he will set new business strategies to strengthen CPCS’s already thriving division and drive the shape and future of this division.  Jocelyn embodies CPCS’s highest standards of quality and service, and we are happy to have him join our team.

Jocelyn Leclerc will be based in the Ottawa office.
