Dr. Jean-Francois Pelletier to Move to CPCS’s Global Transport Unit, as Lead Ports/Maritime Expert

Effective November 1, Jean-Francois Pelletier will move to CPCS’s Global Transport Unit and lead our efforts in our Ports/Maritime practice. Jean-Francois originally joined CPCS 2011 and provides strategic advice on transportation issues, with particular strength in the ports and maritime sectors. He will be a valuable asset to our Global Unit, adding depth to our global Ports/Maritime service offering.

Jean-François’ main area of expertise concerns the marine shipping industry, corridor benchmarking and port operations. This knowledge was applied to numerous projects related to marine transportation in Canada and abroad, notably in the analysis of bulk, breakbulk and container shipping markets, port market feasibility studies, and the assessment of demand for transportation services. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
