Patrick Forestell has joined the North American Division of CPCS. He has a master’s degree in economics from the University of British Columbia and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Ottawa. Pat has previous experience in developing business cases for investments in utilities, new commuter rail corridors and transit services. He has written papers on incentive structures in transport insurance markets, the effects of environmental regulation on foreign direct investment, and the relationship between public transit, land use and air quality. Pat has previously worked at Metrolinx and Impact Infrastructure.
