Philip is the Vice President of CPCS's West Africa Division. Philip holds a Master of Arts in Economic and a Master of Business Administration from Carleton University. Philip has extensive project preparation and implementation experience, with a particular focus on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, supporting both the public and private sector in structuring projects and raising equity and debt financing. Philip's experience spans the energy, railways and ports sectors. Between 2001 and 2006, he was part of the transaction team supporting the privatization of the PHCN Successor Companies, the biggest transaction in Africa raising proceeds in excess of $3 billion.
